About us

The Cleaning Template Co. makes editable templates for cleaning businesses: the contracts, checklists, quotes, invoices and marketing pieces you need, without starting from a blank page.

We're a small business based in Ottawa, Ontario. Our templates come in formats you already use (Word, fillable PDF, Excel and Google Sheets) and are written in plain language your clients will understand.

What we believe

• Paperwork should take minutes, not evenings.
• You should know exactly what you're buying, so every product page lists every file and its format.
• Templates are a starting point. Contracts and tax documents should be checked against the rules where you work.
