Are these physical products?
No. Everything is a digital download, so nothing is shipped.
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll see a download link, and we email it to you as well. Each download is a ZIP file that includes a Read Me First guide.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Documents come as Word files you can edit in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, most also as fillable PDFs, and the calculators and trackers as Excel files that also work in Google Sheets. Each product page lists its exact formats.
Do I need special software?
No paid software is required. Google Docs, Google Sheets and Adobe Acrobat Reader are free. Microsoft Word and Excel work too.
Do the templates work in Canva?
They're built for Word, Google Docs, PDF readers and spreadsheets, not Canva.
Can I add my logo and prices?
Yes. Add your logo, business details and prices in the Word and spreadsheet files.
Are they US Letter or A4?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). They print on A4 when you choose "Fit to page".
Do they work on a Mac?
Yes, with Word, Google Docs, Google Sheets or Preview for the PDFs.
Can I use them for more than one business?
The licence covers your own business and your own clients. Please don't resell, share or give away the files.
What if a file doesn't work?
Contact us and we'll fix it or send a replacement. See our refund policy for details.
Do the contracts include legal advice?
No. They're starting points written in plain language. Laws differ by province and state, so have a lawyer review them before use.
